With the warm weather finally here, this is a perfect time to get outside for a summer family portrait session!
I recently had the pleasure of photographing Ashley, Mervin and their two children in the east end of Toronto for some amazing sunset beach portraits. They have a gorgeous family – two good-lookin’ kiddos with fun and playful personalities - perfect for enjoying a beautiful, sunny evening on the beach. The kids collected colourful beach glass and practiced throwing them into the lake .
Balmy Beach, just east of Kew Beach, was the perfect location for our beach photoshoot shoot with its pebbled shoreline and dark blue water. I asked Ashley and her family to wear blue, pink and purple tones to accent the cotton candy coloured sky. I made sure to get a variety of compositions, so their images could be arranged a number of ways for a collage wall.
