 Join me as we celebrate the Magic of the Christmas Season. Your Fine Art Portrait Experience will include family portraits in the main room followed by the magic of our REAL SANTA in the second room - without waiting in line at the Mall!  Our Santa has many years of experience making the magic of Christmas come alive.

This year I will be hosting Christmas photos on November 2nd and 3rd at my home in Pickering - only 35 minutes from Toronto (address will be provided after booking). There will be 3 sets: Traditional Fireplace, Christmas bed and a separate room for your Santa experience. This enchanting atmosphere of luxury and warmth will be the perfect spot to capture your most memorable moments this season.

 
This is not your average mall Santa - we've got the REAL DEAL!  Watch as Santa spends quality time interacting with your children - talking to them and asking about their dreams and wish list. Our Santa is truly amazing and can warm the hearts of even the most reserved children. Let them have a real, one-on-one experience with a Santa who wants to make their wishes come true! Each family will receive a special keepsake gift to take home from Santa.

Set #1 traditional Christmas with 11 foot stone fireplace

This will be the main room for family portraits when you arrive. At the heart of the main room, there is an eleven foot stone fireplace which will reign as the centrepiece with a stunning Christmas tree beside it - I would describe it as "Martha Stewart style farmhouse cottage".  The stone mantle will be adorned with oversized garland with delicate ornaments. To the left of the fireplace, a majestic Christmas tree will await, in the opulent colour scheme of gold adding an extra touch of magic to your holiday portraits.

Set #2 christmas bed set - perfect for matching family pajamas

By popular demand, we’re excited to present our Christmas Bed Setup for this year—a perfect backdrop for matching family pajamas! This enchanting holiday set features a beautifully styled Christmas bed nestled between 2 Christmas trees that radiates warmth and festive charm.  The inviting bed is draped with a luxurious red tartan throw and adorned with decorative pillows in a multitude of shapes, adding a playful touch to the scene. Nestled against a backdrop of twinkling fairy lights, the setup creates a magical ambiance that captures the essence of the season. Above the bed, a lush wreath and matching garland of greenery and red poinsettias elegantly drapes, enhancing the holiday spirit and adding a touch of elegance. Set #3 Santa's experience in front of fireplace

Introducing Santa's Living Room, a BRAND NEW drop this year! This enchanting backdrop radiates holiday spirit and is bursting with festive cheer, making it the ideal setting for a Christmas photoshoot. The centerpiece features a grand fireplace mantel, beautifully adorned with lush evergreen garlands and oversized red bows, complemented by twinkling candelabras that cast a warm, inviting glow. Rich red velvet drapes frame the walls, while a stunning evergreen wreath adds a touch of elegance.  Santa himself will be seated in a plush armchair, draped in cozy festive throw, inviting families to join him for a delightful holiday treat of candy canes and a special keepsake gift to take home. Children will be captivated as they sit with Santa, creating memories that inspire awe and wonder. The overall atmosphere is magical and nostalgic, perfect for capturing joyful moments during this wonderful season.  Jewel tones like red, navy blue, emerald green, and burgundy will look absolutely stunning against this festive backdrop, ensuring your holiday photos are truly unforgettable.

What to Wear

I suggest that families wearing classic Christmas clothing or Pajamas - Lots of reds, green or navy with silver + gold are perfect for a Christmas Portrait session.   I don't think you can ever be too fancy for a photoshoot - add a bow tie or a sequin dress! Either way, your images will be filled with magic!  Its best to coordinate colours but don't be too matchy-matchy. Avoid big logos, characters or brand labels. This year will not have time for outfit changes.

Questions 

Surprises! If you would like to make this experience even more incredible, you are welcome to bring a special gift for your children in a gift bag discretely and watch as Santa hand delivers the presents to each of your kiddos. The wonder & amazement in their little eyes will make your experience even more memorable.

What if my child is afraid of Santa? No worries! Our Santa is truly amazing! We have many tried and true strategies for earning your child's trust and adoration. However, if your child would prefer to sit in the big chair without Santa, that is absolutely fine! Santa can step into another room of my studio and we can continue with your session.

Gifts for Local Womens Shelter 

I'd like to be able to also give back to the community and donate some toys to a local womens shelter. You will have the opportunity to earn a $50 print credit with a new, unwrapped toy donation of $35 or more. It's simple! Just bring your toy to your session and earn your print credit! I will bring all the toys to the local womens shelter to wrap and deliver to the children. This is a wonderful opportunity to teach your children about the gift of giving!

Covid-19 Safety

 I have been fully vaccinated. Anyone sick or with symptoms of Covid will be given a credit for a future session. Clients will be asked to use the hand sanitizer provided upon entry.  Outdoor shoes are asked to stay at the entrance of the studio, clean indoor shoes will be allowed for photos.

Terms and Conditions

As much as we try to accommodate our clients needs throughout the year, our Mini sessions are final sale as clients carefully select their portrait time to best suit their busy schedules.   All sales final /No refunds. Future credit can be given if symptoms of covid.
